Our goal is to develop accelerated pathways to employment through open-minded collaboration with employers, educational institutions, and various stakeholders. Our toolbox for reducing employment barriers includes support for language learning, recognition of competence and skills, and coaching models developed for employers to facilitate workplace guidance.
Strengthening network collaboration plays a key role in supporting both job seekers and employers. It enables the sharing of information, the utilization of best practices, and the development of targeted solutions.
The key actors in the project are the co-implementers, whose combined expertise and resources enable the provision of increasingly accessible and impactful services.
