Invest in real estate (the "RE") development with crypto, use your assets as a collateral to invest in RE projects to earn consistent income. Crypto investors (the "CI") want to find a way to earn returns and offset price volatility of their crypto-asset holdings. CI's want to participate in the real world assets market such as RE with their crypto holdings. RE is considered to be a relatively safe investment, but CI's have very limited options due to lack of credible service providers. Institutional crypto hedge-funds (the “ICF”) are afraid to invest mainly due to regulatory uncertainty, reputational risk, lack of infrastructure provided by current service providers. Obon7 is a DeFi protocol that tackles most of the problems mentioned above. Our RE projects will be developed by Tier 1 and Tier 2 RE developers in Baltic & Nordic region at first. Every single RE project will be audited by independent third party companies. CI's and ICF's will be able to invest in RE projects with crypto, use their assets as a collateral to invest and earn consistent income. Generated returns from RE projects will be delivered directly to investors in fiat or stable-coin over time. Underlying asset (collateral) will be held by our financial partners and after the investment agreement expires the collateral will be returned to the rightful owner. We offer a secondary market to sell and buy investment agreements (obligations) to stay liquid. Enable CI's and ICF's to invest their crypto asset holdings into RE projects, without losing their underlying assets.
