Hiện nay, Việt Nam có hơn 16 triệu người cao tuổi, nhưng chỉ 30% trong số họ tự tin sử dụng điện thoại thông minh. Họ gặp khó khăn khi gọi video, đọc tin tức, sử dụng ngân hàng số hay đăng ký khám bệnh trực tuyến. Nhiều người bị lừa đảo vì thiếu kỹ năng số, bị cô lập vì không thể kết nối với con cháu qua công nghệ.
Công dân Số Bạc ra đời để thay đổi điều đó! Chúng tôi tổ chức các lớp học thực hành giúp cô bác học nhanh, hiểu ngay, áp dụng được liền, từ cách sử dụng Zalo, Facebook, Shopee đến dịch vụ công trực tuyến. Đội ngũ giảng dạy là những tình nguyện viên tận tâm, luôn kiên nhẫn đồng hành cùng người cao tuổi.
Chỉ sau 6 tháng, hơn 500 cô bác đã tự tin gọi video cho con cháu, tra cứu thông tin chính xác và tránh được các chiêu trò lừa đảo trực tuyến.
