Caitlin spent 15+ years inside the hiring process, leading recruiting teams at top companies like DoorDash, WeWork, and Drift. She has reviewed thousands of resumes, advised senior leadership on hiring strategy, and personally extended over 500 job offers. She knows exactly what hiring teams look for - because she was one of them.
In 2023, she founded Silver Lining Career Coach to bring that insider knowledge directly to professionals.
