Silver Spur Construction began business in March 2005. We are a licensed as a General Contractor (E-100). We provide work in heavy highway, underground utilities (Sewer, Water and Storm Drains), general excavation, electrical trenching, rock trenching and rock walls. Silver Spur Construction’s Key Personnel have over 80 years of combined experience in the Heavy Highway trade. In the 14 years Silver Spur Construction, has completed a total of approximately $83 million dollars in heavy highway type work, from site development to city and state projects, ranging from $50,000 dollars to $13,000,000.00 million per project. The following types of tasks were completed on projects: Mass excavation, cut/fill, asphalt paving, sewer, water, storm drains and electrical trenching/conduit. On most company work experience, we have been the General Contractor. Our key personnel started in the industry from ground level positions and worked their way up to operators, foremen, superintendents and project managers. The difficulty of various projects included dewatering, rock excavation, heavy utility crossing and bores including but not limited to under major roads. We take pride in completing projects ahead of schedule, safely and cost effective. We take safety seriously. All of our employees are required to wear protective gear when on the job sites such as hard hats, safety and traffic control classes. Weekly safety meetings are held for each crew covering any job hazards.
