At Silverback we strive to be different. Firstly, we're named after an 800lb alpha male gorilla so it's hard to take the softly, softly, beat around the bush approach to anything we do - and with a brand that has the potential to be as much in your face as primate-ly possible, we have to be careful how we operate in the industry, after all - It's hard to ignore an 800lb Gorilla! Ultimately it comes down to our no nonsense approach to recruitment. Our industry carries a stigma of fast talking, slick back haired, 3 piece suit wearing, over-zealous salesmen trying to "punt" what they describe to be the "best candidate on the market" (we've all heard it). Aside from the name and the obvious difference of opinion from your everyday recruitment firm, the one very simple thing that sets us aside from what recruitment has become, is the fact that we still care.
