With over 27 years of experience in the chemical industry, I am the Director Exports at Silverline Chemicals, a leading manufacturer and exporter of natural menthol, essential oils, and aromatic chemicals. I have a Master of Business Administration degree from Aston University, with a focus on international business. I am responsible for managing the export operations, ensuring compliance with export control regulations, and developing new markets and customers for our products. I have successfully increased our export revenue, expanded our presence in Europe, Asia, and Africa, and established long-term relationships with key distributors and buyers. I have also contributed to the product development, quality assurance, and customer service teams, leveraging my knowledge and skills in import/export operations, export operations, and export control compliance. I am passionate about delivering high-quality products and services to our customers, while adhering to the highest standards of safety, ethics, and sustainability.
