Jacob has over 50 of his own real estate investment transactions in the Greater Cleveland area across multiple cities and submarkets. He developed his real estate operations while living abroad, so he is familiar with the opportunities and challenges of investing from a distance. Jacob uses his real estate license in Ohio to assist investors to buy and sell their properties, avoid real estate traps, and to help property owners get the most out of a sale to developers and investors. He has worked with investors to buy and sell turnkey properties, value-add opportunities, and even condemned properties. He has also helped numerous out-of-state investors out of tricky and risky real estate situations through consultation, even for properties outside of Greater Cleveland.
