Silvertongues, the Toastmasters Club of Indian Institute of Management Udaipur, strives to build communication and leadership skills through weekly sessions designed by the Toastmasters International. This platform acts as an enabler to developing public speaking skills and complements management education. Performance is acknowledged and awarded through certification from Toastmasters International. Silvertongues offers opportunities to present speeches to an audience that are not confined to the institute, but at the district level and area level as well. Exposure to diversity in participants and audience aids in development of a broad and accommodating mindset, consequently, building and honing leadership skills
