In 2009 the management consultancy "Klaus Walter | Corporate Development" was founded in Germany. Klaus Walter previously held positions as managing director in various multinational companies and industries. He was also appointed to advisory and supervisory boards. Since then, the consulting portfolio has comprised the following areas: - Corporate strategy and structuring - Company foundation - Company valuation - Mergers and Acquisitions - Sustainability & CSR - Leadership development With the founder's relocation in 2017, the business activities of the management consultancy have been conducted from Ireland since that year. SIM-PLEMENT was also founded in Ireland in the same year. This consulting company offers training and seminars for its clients in the following areas: - Onboarding - Talent acquisition - Graduate programmes - Leadership development for junior and middle management functions - Wargaming strategy exercises for senior executives Klaus Walter also holds lecturing positions at various business schools in Ireland and Germany. As part of a rebranding of SIM-PLEMENT, Klaus Walter | Corporate Development was integrated into SIM-PLEMENT as of July 1, 2020, and the consulting focus was redefined.
