Simbus is a young, independent product-focused company that’s serious about making great products and services for modeling and simulation, control systems, algorithm design, and systems engineering that integrate and compliment MATLAB® and Simulink® from MathWorks®.
Our background is in aerospace engineering and we’ve worked on projects as diverse as spacecraft, renewable energy, power transmission and distribution, force protection, combat systems, robotics, autonomous and public transportation, flight and propulsion control systems, onboard diagnostic and prognostic systems, and propulsion systems for maritime and naval.
We developed our first product – Simbus Bondgraphs – initially to undertake projects with our clients. We knew that bond graphs are an extremely effective way for describing physical systems and enabling multidisciplinary teams, especially for concept design, trade-off analyses, early-stage systems engineering, and communicating results to stakeholders.
We also knew that academics and students in universities and colleges around the world were missing adequate tools for supplementing their research, classes, and homework in multidomain physical modeling.
Simbus Bondgraphs is now available to you so that you can build better systems by building models rapidly allowing you to design, innovate, teach, and learn physical modeling more effectively. We innovate continually and to make Simbus Bondgraphs better and to make other complimentary MBSE products.
