HISTORY Our company’s history began on May 25, 1959, with the registration of the “Chemik Cooperative.” In 1970, we became a Disabled Workers' Cooperative under the name “WINIPLEX,” and in 1978, we adopted the name “SIMECH” after acquiring the cable manufacturer “Ponar.” By the 1980s and 1990s, we had established ourselves as a well-known brand in the Polish market, remaining active throughout the period of systemic transformation. QUALITY ● In 1997, we obtained the ISO 9002 Quality Management System certificate, and to this day, we continue to rely on the ISO 9001 system. ECOLOGY Care for the environment and human health is a priority in our sustainable production: ● We comply with strict RoHS and REACH directives; our materials are free of hazardous substances banned by European law. ● We conduct responsible and lawful waste management. ● We use the cooling water necessary for the production process in a closed circuit. ● We are also involved in the energy transformation. To reduce energy consumption from non-renewable sources and the carbon footprint of our production, we use a photovoltaic installation. BUSINESS ETHICS We apply high standards of business ethics in our operations, concerning customers, suppliers, and our employees: ● We are a reliable company that fulfills contracts, and we meet our obligations on time. ● We adhere to and promote - in accordance with the law - the principles regarding working conditions, hygiene, and human rights. ● In exchanging information with our contractors, we follow the principle of confidentiality, and personal data is subject to privacy procedures. MISSION Our mission is to restore the professional activity of disabled people through responsible, ecologically sustainable production while delivering the highest quality products.
