Introducing the Semiconductor Industry Mobile Education Unit, or SIMEU. SIMEU is a non-profit organization working on growing, educating, and recruiting the next generation for the semiconductor industry. SIMEU will be promoting this mission across the country by creating a mobile, traveling exposition and educational experience.
This mobile unit will be a custom-made, 53-foot-long semi-trailer that expands to 1,000 square feet of climate-controlled interior space. Crafted by Kentucky Trailer, and modeled after other successful awareness campaigns, SIMEU has the potential to reach 700 students and visitors, per day.
Through adaptable curriculums and exhibits for youth and adults, SIMEU will be able to educate and engage the next workforce through a unique, hands-on immersive experience.
