Simius Holdings, LLC (“Simius”) is a real estate investment principal and manager. Since its launch in 2014, Simius has acquired approximately 500,000 square feet of multi-family, retail, office and mixed-use space in the United States, with an emphasis on the midwestern, southern and northeastern regions. Simius focuses on finding select value-add opportunities as well as stabilized, in-place cash flowing assets with potential upside through proactive management and accretive leasing.
