🌻 Our culture is out of balance. There's too much emphasis on analysis and rigid systems. It's causing harm at every level - mental ill-health, bodily ill-health, environmental damage, in-humane treatment of you and people you love. 🌻 I'm on a mission to reverse the trend and help guide us back to balance. Keeping what's beneficial (and sometimes downright fantastic) about our technological, systematic, analytical society while putting into service of a deeper, more connected, more just, heart-centred way of being. 🌻 My background in science, tech and coaching in a business context means I connect the understanding of the analytical mind, the holistic mind and the body through my visual, audio and somatic creations. 🌻 The creations I share flow from my intention to help us all understand the connection, harmony and growth that's possible in our every day lives AND how to access it through a magnificent, balanced flow of your own.
