I have 15 years experience in education, 18 years experience in business and 19 years experience as an elite sportsperson. This combination of experiences gives me a unique outlook on what it takes to develop and sustain high performance.
My involvement with AFL Football has continued with time spent on the board of the AFL Players Association and more recently as an appointed Director of the Essendon Football Club.
After football I moved into the dynamic world of business and have experience in small, medium, large, national and international organisations. For the last eight years I have run my own consultancy practice assisting organisations to understand what it takes to achieve a sustained high performance culture. I specifically use the concepts of Clarity, Direction, Cooperation and Challenge as a methodology to achieve this.
