Founder Michael Simonyi has recruited sales, sales management and business development positions for family businesses since 2003, and we remain very active in the sales recruiting space. However, the depth of client relationships has meant that our work has broadened over the years into Executive Search, resulting in us regularly recruiting C-suite and other key leadership positions, but always focused on family businesses.
