Simple Modern Therapy

Simple Modern Therapy is a group practice catering to “everyone else” in Utah. Especially LGBT individual and couples counseling, highly sensitive clients, and families of all shapes and sizes. Tattoos, teens and triads welcome. The SMT mission is to encourage others to Love their Life through healthy relationship engagement, self care and living in a state of happiness, right here and now. We also believe in the power of advocacy and are actively involved in supporting and developing legislation that promotes ethical mental health practices and protects vulnerable populations. Employing experts in the sub-specialty fields of sensitivity, adolescence, trauma, relationships, PMAD, and LGBTQ+ issues, four therapists strong and growing steadily. Offering the best outpatient care to young professionals, creatives, business owners, and non-traditional families and individuals. Providing supervision to budding Marriage and Family Therapy professionals, clinicians of other disciplines who want systemic training, as well as active engagement in the Leadership Cohort and Queer Caucus through the AAMFT.
