The Company is a registered multi-purpose organization with RC NO. 622495. It has its head office located in Lagos State. It has recently been upgraded into Simple plus Group which comprises of Simple Plus Construction and Simple Plus Facility Managements. We are made up of a team of Architects, Civil, Mechanical and Structural Engineers, Borehole and water treatment plant and many others fields of expertise. We have been in existence since 2005 and coupled with a lot of achievements since then with clients like ECOBANK Plc, Polaris Bank, Heritage Bank, Stallion group, Union Bank, Fara Park estate, Kepco Electrical Power Limited, GT Bank Plc, FCMB Plc, HFP Engineering (Nig) Ltd, Fidelity Bank, Metro Homes, Toyota Nigeria Limited, Interke Nig Ltd, Alpha-Mead Facilities and management services Limited, Love World (Christ Embassy) and many more including numerous individual clients. Our specialties are in Architectural drawings and Designs, Building/Construction (Civil, Mechanical and Structural Engineering), facility management, we specialize in Metal Fabrication which involves building of gates, fabrication of metal hand railings (balustrade) and burglaries etc. Also under construction, we fabricate and calibrate all types of Storage tanks, surface, underground and overhead (diesel, petrol, Kerosene and water etc.). We supply and install Stainless Steel balustrade, aluminum doors and windows and aluminum partitioning.
