I am Mohammad the founder of SimpleRecruiting. In a highly competitive market I decided to start up a recruitment organisation. Why? From experience and study, time and time again both candidates and clients are unhappy due to the misfit of the applicant to the role. Hence I decided to start a recruitment programme whereby we carefully only select one to a few individuals that exactly meet the client’s specifications whilst at the same time ensuring the the candidates expectations are also met. We believe in working with integrity and honesty; not simply falling for the ”numbers game” as it were but actually treat people as humans. Times are tough I do not believe in making it tougher. – M.
