Simplicient is an LLC I set up in 2010 to perform periodic CFO Contract work. Engagements have included helping a newly created roll-up assess its accounting personnel and processes, develop a forecasting and cash modeling template and protocol for a multi-site entity, guiding a M&A target entity through its first ever audit and bank exam, teaching, and helping a newly acquired entity integrate into a broader platform.
