Simply Auditing

Simply Auditing was founded by Tomasz Lukaszewicz in 2018. My aim is to provide food safety, quality, hygiene as well as organic audits to my clients and ensure that they are meeting all relevant UK/EU standards. I prepare audits including audit scheduling, audit planning and audit checklist, presentation of audit findings including the evaluation of audit findings, non-conformity classification, corrective action requests, developing an audit report, closing meeting and root cause analysis as well as organising food samples for routing lab inspection to ensure food safety and quality as well as due diligence.
