WHO WE ARE We provide the freshest Canadian seafood to people who want the best. OUR STORY Simply Expediting first began with Duane, working as a fishermen off the Coast of Cape Island, Nova Scotia. He packaged his weekly catch into the back of an 8 passsenger cargo van and drove over 2,000 km (or 1,240 miles for our friends down South) to province of Quebec and began pounding the pavement and selling to local restaurants and grocery stores. Duane met Ron and Karl while working together building a coal mine in Northern British Columbia back in 2007. Duane took the team for lobster dinner. After what Ron and Karl thought was a delicious lobster meal, Duane (with deep family roots from Nova Scotia and coming from a family of fishermen) had lot to say about that! “Lard Tunderin, you don't know what you're talking about. That's not even lobster, that's crayfish. You need to try real lobster. Nova Scotia has the best lobster in the world!" he would say proudly. A week later, a shipment of live cold water Atlantic lobster arrived. Well, he was right. We agreed then and there that this is something that had to be shared. At Simply Expediting, we all come to work every day because we want to give you the best Canadian fresh seafood available to you. In order to do this, we have to solve the biggest challenge in seafood supply-chain. Keeping it as fresh as the day when it was caught. We have a team of logistics experts to make this happen.
