What is in included in most moves and what to expect we will: -wrap your ALL you furniture with moving pads (heavier and thicker then the average in the industry) -free onsite estimate per request within 24hours -all member of crew are trainers and have vast experience in moving -free certificate of insurance for your managemnt -we will not leave you destination until you are fully satisfied with the location and and placement of your furniture -provide for free to use on the day of the move 2 picture bins for pictures, 2 plasma boxes, 2 commercial bins (for loose items), 2 free lamp boxes, shrink wrap for the mattress, all pads, tape - we have all the tools on hand ready to use, every truck has a drill and tool sets - free use of masonite if needed (all trucks have it) - free use of floor runners if needed - 15 rubber wheel dollies (for the protection of wood flooring ) - we will provide 4 wardrobes boxes for all your hanging clothiers usually a 2 door closed will for in 2 wardrobes - free cardboard crating of expensive declared items - disassemble all beds and reassemble them at the destination - provide a stress free SIMPLY move. - provide you with update on the status of the arrival of your crew by text or email prior to their arrival. - chose from wither an hourly rate or a flat price biding estimate We will not do & not included - ask for a tip (ever) - leave garbage behind at your location - be rude or inpatient - be late by more then 20 min (or we will refund you $100 for every hour that we are late) - dismount plasma tv's from the walls, remove ac's from the window - all other boxes to pack are additional cost such as book boxes, dish packs, and line boxes. - reassemble items that we did not take part - we do not accept cash , we accept cc, certified checks and money orders
