Richard Riley formed Simpson Plastering, LLC in 2008 as a limited liability corporation. It was formed after George Simpson retired, closing Simpson Commercial Contracting and leaving the southeastern market with a void. The Simpson name carried a huge amount of respect and was known for its quality workmanship and technical knowledge. Richard Riley started his career at Simpson Commercial Contracting, and Mike Kennedy worked there for more than 30 years. Many of our skilled workers had a history with Simpson Commercial either with employment or with training and helped give Simpson Commercial its reputation. In a tip of the hat to the Simpson family and George Simpson, Richard named his company after the Simpson name. The Simpson Plastering company goal is the same as Simpson Commercial’s goal: Highest quality work by the best trained people. Hopefully we will leave behind the same legacy as George and Ed Simpson both left after over 60 years in the industry.
