Our story started from Maramiya Centre, a Belgium-based Palestinian Cultural Center we created to simply share our roots. Within its walls, we witnessed the transformative power of culture, seamlessly bringing people from different walks of life together. Despite the pandemic closing Maramiya, the warmth of the community lingered in our hearts. That’s why we created Simsem - to extend this warmth across borders. With Simsem, we envision a world where cultural understanding and appreciation flourish as these unforgettable adventures create bridges of friendship between diverse communities.
