Established in 1999, we work with the UK’s leading Estate Agents and property management companies to recover unpaid invoices and fees – many of which our clients were not even aware were owed money. In addition to our property debt recovery services, we deliver a range of ancillary services which include overseas collections, legal services, contract and documentation support and regulatory training for Estate Agents and Lettings Agents. We provide our clients with preparation of contract terms and conditions services. Whilst most of our recoveries are pre-legal recoveries, we do understand that litigation is an option for successful recovery; our in-house litigation team can advise and manage this on behalf of our clients – should or Debt Assessment Process determine a positive outcome. We work collaboratively with our clients; as an extension of your own business, displaying the same commitment that you would expect from your own team. We do not believe in a one size fits all and use a box of techniques to offer a bespoke solution to a business’ needs.
