The organization was initially established to provide technical support to both local and international NGOs in Eastern Europe. The company is operational in all districts of Romania, with head office in Bucharest and a secondary headquarter in Hyderabad - India, opened in October 2016. From June 2017, the organization is operating as well in Astana and Karaganda, Kazakhstan. SINESIS provides high quality consultancy services to Government agencies, NGOs, Individuals, Business organizations and other interested parties locally and internationally.
