The Singapore Study Tour aims to create a bridge between young graduates, researchers, business angels, “start-uppers”, managers, and entrepreneurs with the many successful Italian and international high-tech, biotech, and venture capital executives in Singapore. The tour consists of seminars held by top managers of startups and companies in Singapore, to make the graduated students and students aware of the entrepreneurial reality in Southeast Asia.
The SST is a spin-off project of the Silicon Valley Study Tour. The SVST can count on more than 1000 alumni. Some other SVST spin-offs are: aizoOn by Franco Cornagliotto, Innovaction Lab accelerator in Rome founded by Carlo Alberto Pratesi and partners after SVST 2007 and 2008, The Hub Milan by Nicolò Borghi and partners (today Impact Hub), The Hub Rovereto by Jari Ognibeni, Tensive founded by Alessandro Tocchio after his SVST 2011 attendance, GES- Genoa Entrepreneurship School by Guglielmo Schenardi SVST 2019 Alumnus. All the above projects are inspired by the SVST attendance.
