Singletons Dairy LLC

Born and bred in the rolling hills of Lancashire, the Singleton family has a rich history in handcrafted cheesemaking, stretching back to the purchase of Cromblehome Fold Farm in 1745. There is not much that we do not know about creating, crafting, sourcing and selecting some of the finest cheeses that England has to offer. We are proud to use techniques and recipes passed down through five generations of the Singleton family.
