Sino Nitride Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. (SNS) is striving to become the world class GaN materials supplier that fuels the market growth in three areas: power devices, microwave communication, and Micro LED display. SNS focuses on the development of high-quality compound semiconductor materials and the manufacture of related high-precision equipment.
Established in 2009, SNS is the first dedicated manufacturer of gallium nitride substrate in China. Affiliated with Wide Band Gap Semiconductor Research Center of Beijing University, the company has a state-of-the-art R&D center in Beijing for GaN materials research and development.
SNS designs and manufactures the automated vertical HVPE equipment to produce all the GaN materials. The combination of Metal Organic Chemical Vapor Deposition (MOCVD), and Laser Lift-Off (LLO) has enabled the high volume production of free standing GaN. The commercially available products including: 2&4 inch FS GaN, and 6 inch GaN-on-Si substrate. In addition, Sino Nitride provides prototyping of HEMT and epitaxial services.
