SIOETC-International Ocean Engineering Training Center

SIOETC is an independent third-party organization specializing in standardized safety training and certification. As a leading training institute in China, it provides certification and skills training focused on safety. As a member of the International Maritime Rescue Federation (IMRF), SIOETC is dedicated to improving the safety, environmental protection, and survival skills of personnel at sea, with the goal of increasing accident survival rates and rescue success rates. SIOETC offers a wide range of standardized courses covering safety, emergency response, rescue, survival, and more, following the standards and requirements of international and domestic organizations such as OPITO, GWO, PADI, SDI, TECC, and CDSA. The center is equipped with a full suite of professional simulation units and equipment, providing trainees with realistic and immersive training scenarios. SIOETC’s mission is to become a world-class ocean engineering training center and a key player in serving the global maritime search and rescue (SAR) community.
