The Students for Industrial-Organizational Psychology (SIOP) intends to provide students exposure to I/O psychology and prepare our members for their post-baccalaureate aspirations as they venture into their post-graduate lives. The overall mission and goals for SIOP at UCI is to equip students with the information and opportunities to develop competitive academic portfolios for their post-baccalaureate experiences, SIOP brings a specialized focus, bridging the disciplines of psychology and business. We hope to support students in any way possible when gaining more knowledge about the profession.
