- In-house production of 5-6 dies per month, supported by advanced casting simulation technology.
- A wide range of castings, from 100 grams to 10 kilograms in weight.
- Cutting-edge CNC machining capabilities with 40 CNC machines, including 24 Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs) and 16 Turning Centers.
- CAD/CAM capabilities utilizing industry-leading software such as Unigraphics, Solid Edge, Die-Defice, and Vericut.
- 3 CNC milling machines for precise manufacturing.
Post-Production and Finishing Services:
- In-house processes including trimming, shot blasting, vibro-deburring, anodizing, vacuum impregnation, and chromating.
- Fully automated washing and dedicated leak testing for high-quality assurance.
- Subcontracted services for powder coating and lacquering.
