We have a lot of experience as a change catalysts and coaches in leading, coaching, advising and enabling change with in a variety of organizations. This can be coaching people through an organizational change process as well as coaching them through their own 'challenging situations'. Services include: -Executive and individual coaching -Team Coaching -Founder/Entrepreneur Coaching -Strategic Planning Training and Implementation (Using the Discovery Team process). -Individual coaching focused on realizing personal career and life vision (Using the Prepare 2B Lucky method). We have worked with Unionized employees, and in highly diverse, multicultural environments with people from over 100 nationalities across Asia, Europe, Africa, North, Central, and South America, as well as Australia.
