Partner of businesses and local communities, the Crèches de France Group is today one of the most dynamic players in the sector. - 2004: creation of Mediter, a new network of clinics and nursing homes, in France and Belgium, as well as Domidom, a company specializing in home care services. - 2010: Orpéa acquires, thereby signing the largest acquisition ever made in the European dependency sector. - From 2012: the childcare activity is growing internationally - in Belgium (Crèches de Belgique), Luxembourg (Kiddies Luxembourg), Switzerland (Little Green House) then in Germany (Elly & Stoffl ). At the same time, the development of EHPAD in Portugal, Brazil and Spain is accelerating. - 2017: creation of Siscare, a company which brings together all of the SIS Group's real estate assets in the fields of long-term care and early childhood.
