- From the 1970s: creation of the first Parisian group and then the first national private hospital group.

- From 2012: the childcare activity is growing internationally - in Belgium (Crèches de Belgique), Luxembourg (Kiddies Luxembourg), Switzerland (Little Green House) then in Germany (Elly & Stoffl ).
At the same time, the development of EHPAD in Portugal, Brazil and Spain is accelerating.
- 2017: creation of Siscare, a company which brings together all of the SIS Group's real estate assets in the fields of long-term care and early childhood.
