SISMA Auto commenced operations more than 25 years ago in 1994 as the exclusive importer and distributor for Jaguar cars in Malaysia. In 2014, SISMA Auto, welcomed Land Rover into its family via the formation of Jaguar Land Rover (Malaysia), with joint venture partner Sime Darby Motors. In 2017, the company added a third premium marque, Volvo, into its portfolio. In 2021, the company introduced SISMA Auto Hub, a premium multi-brand 3S centre.
SISMA Auto is the automotive arm of the SISMA Group of Companies. It was founded by the late Dato’ Syed Ibrahim Syed Mohamed and his brother, Syed Hussain Syed Mohamed, the current Chairman. Today, the SISMA Group is proudly a second-generation family owned group of companies.
