Sisters of Code

“Sisters of Code” was established in 2019 with an aim to empower female students to learn coding skills and become active members of the digital economy in Cambodia. “Sisters of Code” provides free-of-charge lessons to the students, following the international curriculum and leading lessons by Cambodian female programmers, who act as mentors and teachers for the students. In 2020 “Sisters of Code” received 2 important international awards recognizing the importance and impact of the program: - SOLVE MIT award in the category Learning for Women and Girls, by Massachusetts Institute of Technology - Equals in Tech award in the category Skills, by GSMA, ITU, and UN Women To learn more about us: https://www.sistersofcode.org/
