There are no blind pools: investors choose which buildings they want to invest in. There are no hidden fees and the fee structure is clear and simple. We pass all ancillary income on to investors. We have a state-of-the-art bespoke online reporting platform providing detailed reporting to investors.
We are very performance driven and our fees are heavily weighted towards performance fees. These are only payable at exit if a high return hurdle is exceeded. Sisu Advisors always co-invests ensuring high level of alignment.
