In 2013 Judy Metz founded Sit Tech when she realized how many people were suffering from sitting disease in the workplace. As an expert in therapeutic yoga who has studied extensively in the fields of anatomy and physiology, she has a passion to help people become more healthy, happy and productive by making simple changes in their behavior.
Judy's passion drives our mission today: To bring wellness back into the workplace, while providing employers with an effective health and wellness tool that can ultimately lower benefit costs, while enhancing employee morale and retention.
The unique Sit Tech model is based on research conducted at Harvard University and The Cleveland Clinic and focuses on incorporating body alignment plus strategic movement into everyday office life. We provide on-site interactive workshop for companies interested in increasing the health and productivity of their associates. Custom-designed modules and individual postural coaching plus massage are also available.
