Our History SJA is a privately-owned firm established in 1999 by owner and Managing Director, Steve Abbott. Steve leveraged his depth of industry knowledge and expertise to start a project delivery company that could provide the depth and breadth of services required to enable developments to reach their full potential and ultimately advance construction outcomes.
