SJB Services, Inc. (SJB) and its engineering subsidiary, Empire Geo Services, Inc. (Empire) provide quality contract drilling, geotechnical engineering, and construction materials testing throughout New York and Pennsylvania. SJB/Empire has grown to become one of the largest specialty engineering and support service firms in the Northeast with offices located near the major New York metropolitan areas of Albany, Buffalo, Rochester and Syracuse. SJB/Empire is a member of the American Council of Independent Laboratories (ACIL) and is inspected by the Cement and Concrete Reference Laboratory (CCRL).
