St John's Hospice is a local independent charity providing care and support for patients and families living with life shortening conditions in North Lancashire and South Lakes.
St John's Hospice provides palliative care, which focuses on providing patients with relief from symptoms and end of life care. We offer a range of specialist services including an In Patient Unit, a Day Hospice, a Hospice at Home Team and Clinical Nurse Specialists.
We receive around 30% of our core funding from the NHS, for the remaining 70% we rely on our amazing local community and fundraising efforts.
