Our mission is to create innovative solutions to improve the lives of chronic sufferers and facilitate communications with physicians. We have created an app that allows users to customize symptoms, medications, aggravators, and comorbidities. Users can keep track of customizable variables and record their own notes at any time. Over time, the app creates a visualization of the information and generates certain statistics. All user data can also be exported onto an excel sheet and emailed to the user or his/her physician. The app can also send reminders for users to take medications or exercise.
