The founder of the company; Steve Jarman, prides himself on time and dedication to each client that comes through the doors and offers personalised treatment to each individual.
Being a recently developed company means we have the ability to use both traditional and modern techniques for treatment with much of that referred to from recent research.
Where the pain is, the problem is most likely not.... We may take more time to assess the injury to understand why it is happening, simply than just fixing the pain.
This prevents the injury returning!
We don’t believe in spending a lifetime on the treatment couch, we will work with you to get you back to your optimal performance through the means of exercise rehabilitation and professional, easy to go by advice. Each client is seen as an individual, therefore treatment is tailored to you, whether that involves the excellent fitness facilities that we are based in or simple home exercise plans!
