About Shaina Kay, Founder of SKDS, has gained over a decade experience in hospitality design & development of boutique and major branded hotels such as Marriott International, IHG Hotels & Resorts, Hilton and The Leading Hotels of the World. She is an active member of ISHC, International Society of Hospitality Consultants, the leading global resource for hospitality expertise. Shaina is a contributing member of The Professional Advisory Board at the Fay Jones School of Architecture and Design. She is also the recipient of the 2023 Fay Jones School Emerging Alumni Award. She holds a position at Dallas College School of Creative Art, Entertainment, and Design as an Interior Design adjunct professor. Shaina is a visionary designer and innovative leader in the hospitality and A/D industry. She has the ability to organize complex ideas and processes into a digestible scale and realize visions to completion.
