The Hope Learning Centre is a Free educational program that offers Mental Health courses in a community college format. We have over 35 different Mental Health courses you can register for. Some classes are just a single session, and some span multiple weeks. Our facilitators help guide students as they learn new life skills like stress management, coping strategies related to different mental health conditions, recovery skills for addictions, and day-to-day skills like relationship building, boundary setting, and so much more! We also offer certification training in popular courses like Mental Health First Aid (MHFA), Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST), and SafeTalk. these certificate courses do have a fee, we offer both public registrations and private registrations for businesses or agencies looking for group bookings.
