SK Search Group, LLC., is an executive search and recruitment firm that has provided Talent Acquisition services to clients for well over 20 years. Our approach consists of gaining an understanding of the position requirement and the client company's culture, extensive research to identify prospective candidates in the desired geographical area and selection interviewing. We see the process through to completion in partnership with the client. We take a quality over quantity approach to the selection process. We maintain long-standing working relationships with other firms outside of our geographic radius in order to enhance our nationwide reach for appropriate search assignments.
