Skårungen

Skårungen, hotel, cabins (Rorbu) and camping is a perfect basecamp for your stay in Lofoten. Skårungen is located at Ørsvågvær, near Svolvær which is the largest city in Lofoten. From Ørsvågvær it's a short way to everything you want to explore in Lofoten! The team at the reception will give you all the local tips that you need. At our basecamp, you can enjoy your stay with our excellent restaurant on-site, as well as a hot bath in our spa at the tip on our pier. We also offer venues in different sizes to accommodate for conferences, business events or private events. Ørsvågvær used to be a fishing village, and many of the original buildings from the 1890s are still in use. The place has a long and interesting history, and our goal is to give our guests a feeling of how it was to live and work there for more than a hundred years ago.
