In the northernmost parts of Finland, nestled deep in the heart of the snow-covered forests, lies the traditional Finnish sauna. For centuries, Finns have used the sauna as a place of relaxation and rejuvenation, where they can escape the cold and connect with nature. It was in one of these saunas where I discovered the power of skin scraping.
